At The Change Practice, a guided meditation is a focused, structured process that helps you access clarity and insight by entering a deeply relaxed, attentive state. You’re gently guided to quiet the mind and shift attention inward, where it’s easier to connect to your own inner guidance without distraction. Many people come into a guided meditation with a specific question or situation on which they want perspective. This process supports insight to arise naturally rather than through analysis. Guidance can show up in different ways—clear thoughts, words or phrases, emotional shifts, physical sensations, or symbolic images. Over time, clients find this practice helps them make aligned decisions, gain perspective, and reconnect with an inner sense of wisdom they can trust.

The Change Practice offers transformational hypnosis, self-hypnosis instruction, and in-depth psychic consultations (Readings that are Real) designed to support profound personal growth and spiritual clarity. Hypnosis helps you quickly align your thoughts, habits, and actions with your highest well-being. Clients typically experience rapid shifts—greater confidence, relief from phobias and anxiety, pain reduction, emotional ease, and a renewed sense of joy. Psychic consultations blend tarot, intuitive guidance, and mediumship, followed by a grounding guided meditation. You’ll receive clear, practical next steps along with deeper insight—so you can move forward with confidence, clarity, and empowered decision-making.

The number of hypnotherapy sessions required varies depending on your goals, but most clients see meaningful results within a focused series. While noticeable behavior shifts can happen in a single session, a four-session series is ideal for creating lasting change, reinforcing new patterns, and fully integrating the transformation. Many clients also return for periodic “tune-ups” or to work on new goals as they continue to grow.

A: The experience of being hypnotized varies for each individual. Generally, when hypnotized, clients may feel deeply relaxed, focused, or a tremendous sense of peace and calm. A common experience can be described as a sense of time distortion, such as feeling that time has either slowed down or sped up. Afterwards, the effect is often subtle, because making positive decisions feels so natural.

Appointments are generally scheduled Monday - Thursday. Appointments can be arranged by calling me at (213) 667-1519 or by scheduling an appointment online.

A medium communicates with spirits, often those who have passed away, to deliver messages from the other side. A psychic uses abilities like clairvoyance (clear seeing), clairsentience (clear knowing), and clairaudience (clear hearing) to provide insights and guidance about your life, including past, present, and future. While both have intuitive abilities, mediums focus on connecting with the spirit world, whereas psychics may use tools like tarot cards, astrology, or their intuition to offer guidance.
